- This experience is sold as a package. All park activities and interactions with dolphins must be used on the same day.
- Friends and family members who will not participate in the dolphin swim must pay for transportation and entry to Xel-Ha Park. The package for non-participating friends and family includes access to Xel-Ha Park, food and beverages (indicated), access to activities within the park, and round-trip transportation to the hotel.
- This package is only valid if you arrive at the park with Delphinus transportation, which is free from your hotel. If you arrive at the park on your own, you will not have access to the park.

- The tax on expenditures for participating in activities with aquatic animals is charged per person and must be paid directly at the ticket office upon registration.
